I am going to go ahead and I am going to go Edit…Define brush preset. Well having that layer with my reference select it. I am going to go ahead and name them this smiley.pst.
So what I am going to do is ah..mm….anytime I select the brush tool I can go ahead and get clicked around brush dialogue. I can go ahead and click on the smiley face here, Which will let me stamped in anonymously.
So lets go ahead and look at this. With this brush tool selected and selected in desaturate mode I am just going to go ahead and paint this orange portion of this image and as you can see how I am painting..
Next we go up to the filter..down to blur.. Down to motion blur. We have an angle of -45 degrees.. Distance to the hundred pixels.. Click OK.
I am go over to my image and click in this kind of tool background color and as you can see that changes over here in the preview menu and i am gonna hit ok and once that finishes thinking all that color will be selected there you go.
