Next we are going to reverse our selection like going into select inverse and you will finally go into select adjustments de saturate to make everything else black and white.

Now we are left with black and white image with a blue fire hydro. Lets see if you wanna adjust the blue of your fire hydro go to image adjustments, select a color, select cyan or blue and adjust one of the four sliders or all four of them to get the exact blue you want. Once you get the exact blue you want click OK and you are done. Now let’s see two color exclusion the blue and the red in the fire truck.

So first thing we are going to do is going in image adjust, select a color and we are going to adjust the reds in the fire truck as vibrant as possible. To make the red lot easier to select. Once we have that done we can go and can click OK. We are going to start again by selecting again the blue in the fire hydro. We did the same thing before using the sample colors and adjusting the fussiness.

We are going to click OK and we are finished. Now what we are going to do is we are going over to the right where the layers panel is and click on channels. With a blue selective down to the bottom and select save selection as a channel button which will save our selection as a new alpha layer. What this does if by accident we deselect our blue and always go to the layers panel hold down the command key or the control key click on it and we have got our selection back. Now what we are going to do is select the red in the fire truck using the same method as before.

Now that we have the red selected part we can go to the channel selected panel. Hold down command shift and click or control shift depending on the PC or Mac. And now i will select both the blue and the red and again we go to select inverse to reverse the selection, image adjustment de saturate which will make everything else black and white. That is all for this tutorial.
