Hi and welcome to this tutorial, we are using Photoshop 7. We are going to look at how you can remove dimples, wrinkles and other facial features that we have on this photo of this beautiful young girl.
Some people might not really like the dimples. So, first of all I am just going to duplicate the background layer. We are going to work on this layer here without affecting the original. Now the tool, oh just before we start working, just we can see it better, I am just going to zoom in. Ok, the tool I am going to be using is the patch tool, which you might find underneath the healing brush tool there. I am just going to select the area around the dimple, you have to do this more accurately. And I am going to sample the adjacent skin just by holding the left mouse down and then releasing it. I have got to select and deselect so you can see that.
And just to even out the skin tones I am going to apply a blur. So I am selecting the lacy tool. And then, I am going to filter, blur and again blur. And that looks about right to me. You can alter the radius of the blur if you want to, but that looks about right. And so I am just going to click on OK. And deselect and there we have the finished line. That’s the original. And now I will just take it down to the actual pixels and so again the finished line and the original. Okay. Thank you.
