Photoshop Training Video Site

Hi there, after enjoying a weekend, lets start our Photoshop tutorial once again. Many of us will now be enjoying with their iPhone. And really it’s a gadget of the year, most attractive and passionate. We always wonder about the cute and sweet icon of icon. We might be wishing to have those icons on pc too. But how to create them? Don’t worry, as usual, Photoshop is at your help. This tutorial will show how to make these special iPhone icons. So let us check the video and crate some amazing iPhone icons.

Welcome to TCS, season 2. Today, I am going to show you, an iPhone icon in Adobe Photoshop CS3. So lets begin. First we gonna click file, new, and if you wanna to take a same size as in an iPhone you gonna make, 60 X 60 pixels. And you wanna make sure the background content is set to transparent. The only change is I am not moving -60 is because you guys wont be able to see that well. So I am going to click ok. And what I do, I should get little transparent background, which we all means by the checkered, so its like a checker board. So the second thing I am going to do, wanna go to round it rectangle tool. Here is the round rectangle tool, and make sure it is set to round rectangular tool. And to do that you right click, if its not, you just click one. Then you simply going to lined up, and you just gonna drag it, doesn’t matter how far you drag it. and then you gonna click control T, and just fit to the screen, or the area. So I am just goona fit it, right.

So now in to that create a new layer, then I am going to get the gradient tool, I am gonna click, and I wanna click foreground to background, except I want to be white, to what ever color. Mine just happens to be black, if you wanna change that color, you just going to round rectangular tool, and up here, access the color of it. So, but you gonna start all over Again to change the color. So I am going to drag it down, I am gonna hold shift, drag straight, then I am going to lock on my axis. And here I have this nice looking thing here, but, it kind took of my pages. I just wanna do it again. Its ok if you don’t have the edges, but they look just kind of… all right.

So, just go down, and here we go, and then we next I wanna do, is called dual circle tool, and drag it into. You see that how it looks like, sort of a little line, like this going to cross the middle, and then you gonna, hit control, shift I and then click delete. And then you gonna click control D and now we have little reflections that look like, coming from the top. Then I gonna just write something, and if you want a text, to look like an iPhone, Text, then what you gonna do is, make sure the font is set to Arial, there we go. Oh no, its called, Myriad Pro. So now I am gonna, just write TCS. And you should have this on Photoshop, you should have the font, Myriad Pro. And I am gonna click check, and Dammn there is my iPhone icon.
