This is a Photoshop tutorial we will be showing how to remove an image from a background. In this case, our example is removing the sign from the blue-sky background so that we can use another document.
A lot of people make this assumption that the magic wand tool is just a best way to go about moving an image from the background by merely going around and selecting the colors which you will delete with the magic wand and while this will work, the results are not always just the desired. Often improper adjustments your edge of your objects will blend with the color at the background that you removed from. So in this case we recommend using either the tool for this purpose.
We will go to our select menu and go to the color range option. When the color range menu appears, you will be presented with a many preview window. This window consists mainly of the Grey scale image. The black image is the image that is not finally selected. The white image is the portion that is. How will this operate? We would take our eye dropper by selecting and holding down the shift key the color which we wish to remove from the image.
