See we got some wall size pictures here a couple of medium size pictures for some aunts and uncles and a big one here for the wall and so I can just pick the different presets as you can see in here and you can see what photo shop can set up for you automatically and speaking of automatically let me cancel out of this dialogs box and notice if I have an image already selected here in the fine browser and I got to the automate menu in the file browser you can get to picture package right there and then you don’t even have to go and find the picture. It will just use whatever image permanently selected in the file browser.
So that’s great if we want to gain up a whole bunch of copies of the same picture on the same page. But what if we want to print different pictures on the same page using picture package. Well let’s pick a layout like 4 or 4 by 5 so it gives us 4 very clear images to choose from here. All you have to do is pick one of the pictures and click on it. When you click on it, it brings us a dialogue box asking you to select another file. Let’s pick another one of my kid’s orval the turtle. There he is. He is side ways because we want to get the picture as big as possible but there he is. Let’s pick on another image and choose Zona my kiddies. This is a hound dog sure enough it is and then well click on the last shot and click on another one of my kids.
Let’s say Fopa and there she is the non cropped version but that is ok and then the other thing I want to make sure to point out is that you want to adjust your revolution.That is appropriate for print. If the whole goal for picture package is to make pictures suitable for distribution and if u have taken all these beautiful high raised photos why buy the default sample the 72 pixel print. I don’t know. Lets up that. Let’s clink that up to something a little bit better. I would say at a minimum 250 pixel inch would be a safe amount to give you a decent result. So I am going to type in 250 and click ok. And then well sit back and watch picture package do its work. Now you might want to pick a higher resolution if you have enough room to store certainly a 300 dpi is really safe value to put in there.
But just for our purpose 250 will be fine. Now what we have ended up with is now a 8 by 10 picture package…
