Welcome to the first video tutorial from 50photoshoptricks.com. I am going to show you an easy way to retouch a photo by removing under eye circles. And you can do it under two minutes.
First I will open up photoshop. For this tutorial I am going to use this portrait of a bride. Now it’s good practice to start working on a copy of your main layer so that you can see the progress you have made and so you can always get back to where you have started if something goes wrong. We will unlock the background layer by holding down option and double clicking. Next we can duplicate this layer by dragging it on to the new layer button. The tool I am going to use is the healing brush. It’s under the spot healing brush tool in your toolbar. A quick way to zoom in is by pressing Command +.
I am moving the image around by holding spacebar and dragging the image. Now that we have got a good view of the eyes we will make our fix. The way the healing brush works is by taking one part of your image and using it to change the texture of another part.
