Next we go up to the filter..down to blur.. Down to motion blur. We have an angle of -45 degrees.. Distance to the hundred pixels.. Click OK.
Next what we need to do is we duplicate this line.. we do this by going to the layer…Duplicate layer.. Type 2..OK. So you get one and this two. Next we go up to edit to transform the flip horizontal and you get a nice X there. Next what we are going to do is we will merge this layers..how we do that by pressing and holding down control and A and as you can see its merged. Next what we need to do is we right click on the layer from here. Go to Blending options.
Go to add a glow.. Click that. Change the blend mode to normal.. Click this color panel here. Change it to a nice blue.. OK. Leave the rest the same…OK. Final touch now to the star. We go over to.. we leave the white there…we use the brush tool first. Click brush tool master diameter 42, selection of tool that’s 25 number 75… Air brush took size an angle.
Merge soft light opacity one hundred percent.. Flow hundred percent. Center it up at the middle of the X.. Left click once and you are done. That how you create a star using a Photoshop.
