Hey guys welcome Photoshop Video Tutorial Show. As we are enjoying the winter, today I would like to teach you how to create a snowfall in a Photoshop CS4. This is way easy to create. You even dont need to be an expert Photoshop. If you know little about Photoshop then also you can easily create this snowfall. For the convenience I also have pasted a video of the entire process.
