How to do a shine line effect on Photoshop? First of, create a new form, new here of stretching 300 by 300…OK.
Next we need to do is we go and select the brush tool.. Say foreground color.. click it. Choose black.. OK. Now what we have to here is copy things to a similar sort of thing..an X in this case. A couple of lines on the outside… like that. Next we go to the filter..blur.. radio blur, and now hundred blurred effect .. zoom on a given base, ..OK. Back to the filter starlight, find edges..back to filter again…blur, radio blur, blur …OK. Next of all we go to image.. adjustments..invert. Next we grab the brush tool again..click set foreground color. Select white this time..white color..drawing another X. not we did previously, Go back to filter…blur …radio blur..OK.
Back to filter again..styles..find edges..back to filter…blur, radio blur…OK. Images..Image…adjustments. back to image…adjustments.. here in suche saturation. Click…click colorize and just click whatever color you like wherever looks fancy and cross. Make it easy for us. Put that there and just pick whatever you like wherever looks fancy and then push OK.
There is shine line of Photoshop.
